Vishnu K Agrawal is a seasoned IT infrastructure management professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. He is currently the Global Automation Lead at Kyndryl, where he is responsible for service delivery, customer relationship management, and satisfaction. Vishnu has extensive experience in Ansible automation, migration, and building cloud-native infrastructure. He has successfully executed DR tests for various clients and managed cloud delivery teams for ISA (ICDS-ISA). He is an expert in identifying infrastructure bugs and has executed various SIP programs for multiple clients. Vishnu has a deep understanding of various reports like performance reports and availability reports, and has led multiple programs for various customers, which have reduced considerable incidents, problem tickets, and overall downtime. As a customer-facing leader, Vishnu has managed delivery teams of 300+ team members operating from different locations. He has built cloud support capabilities within ISA to support VMware, Redhat-based solutions for various clients. Vishnu has also had executive reviews with CIOs and CTOs to assess the performance of the delivery team. Prior to joining Kyndryl, Vishnu worked at IBM in various leadership roles. As the Cloud Delivery & Automation Lead, he provided service solutions as per client requirements and was responsible for HCS delivery, compliance management, and managing 30+ resources. He has also served as the Head of the Integrated Management Center in Noida, where he established the IMC Noida Delivery Center, managed 150+ resources across various locations, and set up a service delivery organization based on competencies like SSO, Network, resiliency & Service Management. Vishnu has a Diploma in Opto Electronics from Shri Vaishnav Polytechnic College Indore, an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, and completed his 12th grade from Miss Hill School. His tech stack includes infrastructure, Ansible, and test. With 21.70 years of relevant experience, Vishnu is a valuable asset to any organization in need of IT infrastructure management expertise.
